LL.B (Four-Year Program)

Programme Overview

The LL.M. Program at The Royal College of Law and Justice is a postgraduate degree designed to provide advanced legal education with a strong emphasis on in-depth legal research, critical analysis, and academic excellence. The program enables graduates to specialize in selected areas of law, enhancing their understanding of complex legal frameworks, contemporary legal issues, and evolving jurisprudence. Through a rigorous curriculum, research-driven learning, and expert faculty guidance, the program prepares students for careers in academia, advanced legal practice, policy-making, and leadership roles within the legal profession.

Eligibility Criteria:

 

Sr. No Qualification Details
1 Matriculation Matriculation (SSC) with minimum 45% marks from a recognized Board.
2 Intermediate / Equivalent Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute OR A-Level with equivalence certificate from IBCC, with minimum 50% marks.
3 Law Admission Test (LAT) Candidate must have passed Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by Higher Education Commission (HEC) with minimum 50 score.
4 Result Awaiting Candidates Candidates who have appeared in the final examination of HSSC or equivalent / Grade 12 and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply (subject to meeting eligibility criteria at the time of admission).
LL.M (Master of Laws) in larkana

Duration:

Four (04) academic years, comprising ten (10) semesters, structured as per the affiliated University’s approved curriculum.

Scheme of Studies:

The scheme of studies, prescribed by the Pakistan Bar Council and approved by the University, includes compulsory and elective courses, moot courts, internships, and practical training for comprehensive legal education.

Admission Policy:

Admissions are granted strictly in accordance with University statutes, HEC policies, and Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) Legal Education Rules. The admission schedule, merit criteria, and procedures are notified through official channels to ensure a transparent and merit-based selection process.

Examination System

The program follows a semester-based examination system, with examinations conducted by the affiliated University. Assessments include written examinations, assignments, presentations, and practical evaluations, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of students’ knowledge and skills.
