Message From the Founder

It is a matter of profound gratitude and responsibility to establish The Royal College of Law and Justice, Islamabda with the objective of contributing meaningfully to legal education in Pakistan. The College has been conceived with a clear vision: to provide quality legal education grounded in academic excellence, professional ethics, and strict compliance with the directives of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Higher Education Commission, and the Pakistan Bar Council.

In an era where the rule of law forms the foundation of a just and progressive society, legal education must go beyond textbooks. Our institution is committed to nurturing critical thinking, legal reasoning, research orientation, and advocacy skills, enabling students to understand law not merely as a profession, but as a service to justice and society. We place strong emphasis on quality education delivered through qualified faculty, structured academic programs, and practical exposure aligned with contemporary legal practice. The College endeavors to bridge the gap between theory and practice by promoting moot courts, legal research, ethical training, and professional discipline, so that our graduates may enter the legal profession with confidence, competence, and integrity. Equally important to us is the welfare and holistic development of our students. We strive to provide a supportive academic environment where students are guided, mentored, and encouraged to realize their full potential. Student welfare, academic counseling, and professional grooming remain central to our institutional philosophy. Operating in Larkana, Sindh, while maintaining an institutional framework equivalent to the standards of quality education practiced in Islamabad, the College aspires to serve the region and students from across Pakistan by providing high-quality legal education. The College is committed to producing competent legal professionals who uphold constitutional values, safeguard fundamental rights, and contribute meaningfully to the strengthening of Pakistan’s justice system.. I sincerely hope that The Royal College of Law and Justice, Islamabad will continue to grow as a center of learning, integrity, and legal excellence, and that our students will contribute positively to the legal profession and society at large. With best wishes and commitment to excellence,

Founder of RCL

Principle of Royal Collage of Law

Message from the Principal

It is both an honor and a profound responsibility to serve as the Principal of The Royal College of Law & Justice, Islamabad Larkana Branch / Operational Area Larkana. Legal education today demands far more than the study of statutes and case law. It requires vision, ethical grounding, international awareness, and the ability to respond to emerging global legal challenges particularly in areas such as constitutional governance, intellectual property, innovation, and the rule of law. Our institution is founded upon this very philosophy.

With an academic foundation firmly grounded in law and specialized education in Intellectual Property Law, Forensic Science and related laws, and Environmental Law, supported by top academic distinctions and advanced training, and complemented by extensive national and international professional experience, my lifelong commitment has been to bridge legal education with practical application, research, innovation, and globally recognized legal standards. My professional engagement with HEC-recognized universities, the Sindh Bar Council, IPO Pakistan (as a Federal Government Entity- Intellectual Property Coordinator), and international organizations—including the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland, as well as professional memberships with the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), USA, and the Licensing Executives Society (LES), USA & Canada—has further reinforced my conviction that Pakistan’s future legal fraternity must be globally competent, ethically grounded, and socially responsible. At the Royal College of Law & Justice, we are dedicated to maintaining Islamabad-level academic standards while serving the talented youth of Larkana and its surrounding regions, as well as students from across Pakistan. Our focus is on producing lawyers and legal professionals who not only excel in advocacy and jurisprudence but also possess a strong understanding of emerging legal domains, including Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, Forensic Science and related laws, Technology Law, commercialization of research, and international legal frameworks. We aim to nurture critical thinkers, skilled advocates, and responsible citizens—professionals who uphold constitutional values, protect fundamental rights, and strengthen Pakistan’s justice system. Through qualified faculty, modern teaching methodologies, research-driven learning, and strong ethical foundations, our graduates will be prepared to compete nationally and internationally. I invite students, parents, academicians, and stakeholders to join us in this mission of academic excellence, integrity, and service to justice. Together, we will shape a new generation of legal professionals capable of leading Pakistan confidently into the future. With best wishes and commitment to excellence,
